College microfinance/ Peer-to-peer microfinance

This is a short micro-finance proposal for a college start-up funded by its entrepreneurship cell:

I borrowed money from a freind for a few weeks. Something struck me then, what about the introverts??  we can have a pawn shop based/ mortgae based on legal doc on which a student will be granted money for few weeks. Like watch etc..
